Use of the Mountain Railway included in summer

Muottas Muragl, Diavolezza, Corvatsch, Furtschellas, Corviglia and Piz Nair are all destinations which you can effortlessly reach with the mountain railway, and which you can use as the starting point for beautiful walks. A classic: take the Puntas Muragl funicular up 2,456 metres to the Muottas Muragl. Here you can enjoy the most beautiful views out over the Engadin's lakeland landscape, with the grandiose panorama of the Bernina Range always before your eyes. You can reach Alp Languard in around two hours by crossing the lower Schafberg. You can then simply take the chairlift down to Pontresina.

For stays of two nights or more, the "Spinas" will provide you with a free mountain railway pass for all the mountain railways and the public transport in the Upper Engadin. You cannot achieve such altitudes so cheaply anywhere else.
