His sculptures sell for astronomical sums on the art market. Val Bregaglia is a short, steep and deep valley in the southern Alps. Several mountains over 3,000 metres in height rise up on both sides of the valley. The difference in altitude across just 30 kilometres is almost 1,500 metres, with the upper part lying within the canton of Graubünden.
Europe's highest-lying passenger ship crosses Lake Sils: it docks at Plaun da Lej and Maloja, and passes by historic locations such as the Chastè peninsula. The comfortable round trip on this ship lasts approximately 40 minutes.
